Place the mask over your face and adjust the strap so it feels secure without being overly tight.
04 — CHOOSE
Select your light
Use the controller to move through the available LED colors and choose the mode you want for your routine.
05 — RELAX
Follow the session guide
Relax hands-free and use the mask only for the duration and frequency stated in the instructions for your exact model.
06 — CLEAN
Wipe and store
Turn the mask off, disconnect it from power, and clean it using only the method recommended by the manufacturer before storing it safely.
